The
existing pricing strategy currently used by Paradise Newport Beach is as
follows:
Single
room: $149/person, add a person: $50
Max:
2 people/ room
Queen
or Twin room: $200/person, add a person: $70
Max:
4 people/room
Superior
Room, 1 King Bed: $200/person, add a person: $50
Max:
2 people/ room
Luxury
Suite, 1 King Bed with Sofabed: $300/person, add a person:$100
Max:
4 people/room
Luxury
Double Room: $400/person, add a person: $200
Max:
8 people/room.
Price
can be changed depend on the season of the year.
Bar:
Entree:
$15.00
Main:
$30.00
Dessert:
$10.00
That's a good strategy to compete with nearby hotels.

DeleteI am kind of confused about two words entree and main. In French cuisine, Entree' is a dish served before the main course. But in the North American English, entree' is instead used to describe the main course. And you divided entree and main into two different prices. It is going to confuse your customers. Or am I misunderstanding that ?
ReplyDeleteEntree services from 10:30pm-3:00pm, and main course services for dinner :)
DeleteThat is a nice strategy placing your company in competitive advantage
ReplyDeleteThanks Richie Mai :)
