Paradise marketing plan outline (draft)

Marketing plan outline:
Mission: Reach out to customers and let them know about our quality service.
Objective: a 4-stars hotel in New Port beach.
Target market: families, couples, and organizations.
Competitors: resort and small hotels.
Budget: $100,000
Marketing mix: place (all web site through traveling and hotel booking), promotion (personal discount such as 20% off for group or free to children under 6), price (appropriate with other surrounding hotels and resorts).
Research: doing research on the consumer behavior, needs of families, couples, and organizations such as what they expect to have at their hotel, and what kind of service provided that most of them want.
 Reference group: using one celebrity or some one who is famous who stayed at our hotel to be an actor in our advertisement (we will contact all of them and see who accepts to act a real quick role in our advertisement. That way it wont be so expensive but good enough).
Satisfied customers: we will use relationship marketing to build strong relationship to our current customers and send them birthday card to remind our hotel.
Empowerment: we give our attendants limited scope to act on their own to fulfill customers' reasonable needs so the customers don't have to wait so long before get satisfied.
Customer satisfaction: that's what we want to focus by proving quality service such as spa, beautiful view of windows, pool, bar, good wine, and so on.
There's more but we will focus on these elements first.

Marketing Mix-Product: "Everything that we provide, will fulfill the clients needs"

Paradise hotel Newport Beach is providing a good place to stay for guest. The Paradise has made Mundo Latin Grill and Tapas Bar where offers an electric and exciting menu of Spanish inspires dishes. We provide Ipads to our customers to make electric order. Also, with intimate, warm and relaxed surrounds, the bar is a perfect place for young business people to have some drinks and dinning with their colleagues. Moreover, the Paradise hotel Newport Beach offers a complimentary Audi chauffeur service in the morning from 7:30am to 9am for their business customers getting to work. They also have the internet service with a high speed for business people to make their work perhaps could be easier and quicker. It could be “working well, but having fun”. It could mean for business people when they are going to stay for a business trip. Most of them expect their job to be done perfectly. They often cope with a stressful pressure of work. Therefore, Paradise could help them to release the stress by providing intimate, relaxed atmosphere during the time staying the hotel. Besides, the Paradise has upgraded all Queen/Twin rooms with dream beds which made of luxury Egyptian cotton sheeting and cushions and a glass desk with Italian leather ergonomic chair. Hence, product attributes the benefits offered to the guests more and more qualitative.

This is an advertisement to the buffet at Marriot Hotel. Its so funny that I want to share. Its related to our project for hotel and restaurant too.
Our group Paradise Hotel is concentrating into marketing for hotel and restaurant associated with the hotel.
            This kind of business doesn’t violate the law as long as there isn’t prostitute, drug, weapon or any illegal activities happening under the hotel’s management.
            Because the hotel is in a beach city, travelers must be our target. We expect our guests are family, couple, and group of friends thus we have variety option of room for them to stay. Organizational people on their business trip are also welcome.
            It is depend on the season of the year to have high demand for room. In the spring, summer, and festivals, we expect to have high demand; however, in the winter, people on their business trips will be our target.
            We really want to focus to market strategy to keep our customers to come back. Every reasonable need of customers will be considered and fulfilled if it is under our capabilities. Relationship commitment is a key of our success.
            There are a lot of competitors in the area. Small motels, well-invested hotels, and resorts are our competitors.
            The only factors we can use to compete are price and quality of service. These two factors are really associated to each other. We cannot charge high price for a regular room, or charge low price for our good rooms because it reduces our revenue. Research the price of our competitors will give us the best idea how much to charge and what we can do to improve our quality.
            If we can realize our weakness such as in quality of room, service, or lack of equipments which are necessary to guests, we will try to solve the problems. This process needs the guest to participating to our feedback survey form.
            Promotion such as discount to large groups, family who stay long, or discount on the next visit will be essential in those seasons which are not hot seasons in the year.
            There are a lot more about the marketing plan. Our scope will cover the quality of the rooms, services, foods, and conveniences for people who are working while traveling.
