Our group Paradise Hotel is concentrating into marketing for
hotel and restaurant associated with the hotel.
This kind of business doesn’t
violate the law as long as there isn’t prostitute, drug, weapon or any illegal
activities happening under the hotel’s management.
Because the hotel is in a beach
city, travelers must be our target. We expect our guests are family, couple,
and group of friends thus we have variety option of room for them to stay.
Organizational people on their business trip are also welcome.
It is depend on the season of the
year to have high demand for room. In the spring, summer, and festivals, we
expect to have high demand; however, in the winter, people on their business
trips will be our target.
We really want to focus to market
strategy to keep our customers to come back. Every reasonable need of customers
will be considered and fulfilled if it is under our capabilities. Relationship commitment
is a key of our success.
There are a lot of competitors in
the area. Small motels, well-invested hotels, and resorts are our competitors.
The only factors we can use to
compete are price and quality of service. These two factors are really associated
to each other. We cannot charge high price for a regular room, or charge low
price for our good rooms because it reduces our revenue. Research the price of
our competitors will give us the best idea how much to charge and what we can
do to improve our quality.
If we can realize our weakness such
as in quality of room, service, or lack of equipments which are necessary to
guests, we will try to solve the problems. This process needs the guest to
participating to our feedback survey form.
Promotion such as discount to large
groups, family who stay long, or discount on the next visit will be essential
in those seasons which are not hot seasons in the year.
There are a lot more about the

and conveniences for people who are working while traveling.
